The suite was spacious with a nice seating area and a balcony. The shower had great water pressure and there were complimentary toiletries available. Food was excellent with various options. Kids loved the water park and engaging shows throughout our stay. The staff was super helpful, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.

The water park was a hit with my kids, and we loved spending time at the children's playground. The staff were friendly, and the proximity to Puerto Portals Marina made for a delightful afternoon. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

We had such a blast at this hotel with the awesome water park and comfy suite for our family! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. There were plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun. Just wish the meal options at breakfast were a bit more varied. 😄

It was just a suitable option for a weekend outing in Magaluf with a good price-value balance. The staff were friendly and helpful , especially with our kids. Try to bring snacks as the food choices can get repetitive.

The pools and slides provided endless fun for the family, making the experience enjoyable. the repetitive meals for breakfast and lunch were a letdown, especially for the kids, and the absence of cocktails in the all-inclusive package was disappointing. A bit more variety in the food options would have enhanced our stay significantly.
